REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please send us an email at admin@biomebotanicals.co.za. Please include your name, email addres and order number, as well as your reason for returning the product.
If a product is defective or damaged , please notify us via email within 7 days. We will collect the product from you free of charge. Once we have assessed the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the replacement product to you as soon as possible; or refund you with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used or unwanted products.

Products are made to order. Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after payment is received.

This is the best 3-step skincare set that I have come across. The face wash works well and lasts long. The serum helps control natural skin oils and the moisturiser is wonderfully light and absorbs well. My skin feels refreshed and well taken care of. I love the gentle smell of all the products too!
